I can't help you on the tool, but you need to have posted a few times before you can upload pictures. Try a few more posts and then the easiest way is to upload to a hosting site (Flickr, Photobucket etc) and then post the IMG link here. I don't think that the picture is size-dependent then...

I had an Axi 400 bandsaw and it had a few things wrong with it. The main issue at the beginning was that the bottom wheel was not aligned. Until that was sorted, nothing I did to align the blade worked amd unfortunately (and wrongly in my opinion) the instructions said do not alter the bottom...

I fettled my bandsaw yesterday and ended up with it working much more squarely. From that, I also ended up with a piece of cherry that started off looking like a tree branch and ended up planed so beautifully square that I shocked myself and stood looking at it for about ten minutes wondering...

I've just bought three blades from Ian and got extremely good advice beforehand and then quick delivery for a very good price. I am very happy with Tuff Saws, as everyone told me I would be.

I almost always use sanding sealer, cut it back and then oil (Danish, Cosmo or food safe, depending). I don't find that the oil stays on the surface especially and I find it gives a more consistent surface than just oil alone. The exception would lignam or something similarly dense, where there...
