Looked at this more closely and two of the blades gib screws are loose. I think operator error is the likely cause :oops: . I really would like some self sligning blades or tersa, I do find the changing a reall faff. I have tighten the rollers and they seem alot better you just crank the nuts...

I would suggest that you donate it a theme pub to go on the wall with all he other useless stuff they have. Alternatively give it as a gift to relative and put them off woodworking for life, thereby saving a couple of trees from destruction. :twisted:

That looks a good idea. I am a bit tight on ceiling height as i am quite tall. I was originally going to overboard the floor but I have got to get on with the house or my wife may not let me survive till christmas.

Maybe you could make a hardwood zero clearance block to get you going??

Its a permanent move. So I'm making the best of it. Pretty happy with the space but the floor is a bit cold. The sedgwick is a bit of a beast and needed some setting up. But its seems to be working good now. Just got to make a dust extraction box. Hows the jointer getting along?? Owen
