I have been asked to construct a trunk(s) that will be used to store the framework of a trade exhibition stand and be transported to and from the show stand site. Ashley Isle's Chisels - So Dissapointed

I can see that they are not ready to use straight out of the box, but then again I assume you would be flattening the back and honing a cutting edge yourself anyway. Have you pics of the LNs for comparison?

Elektra Beckum Combi HS315 contractors saw 1993 model

I have had this saw for a couple of years but have not used it other than when I first bought it. I intend to sell it and whilst preparing it and trying it out, I notice that the motor is not braked. Can anyone advise if this model had a braked motor or has the brake on my one failed. Thanks.

How do I accurately transfer CAD drawing to sheet of wood?

It has been mentioned how you could cut the internal and external corners but I am not sure anyone has mentioned that you could score the outline before routing the shape, with a bearing guided cutter, in order to reduce the...

I was at Gards on Wednesday and they had green oak on a trolley near the 'offcuts' section - can't say if there was any 3" x 3" though.

    Lighting Tip

I use the same clip on Ikea light on my bandsaw and I use the similar Ikea model with the heavy base for use on my bench - both are very good.

    Oak Framed Porch

Looks very good. I assume the semi dried has good dimentional stability for cutting of the M 7 T joints and fitting etc. whilst the green will give character. I bet you are glad not to have had to fit it on site.
