oh blimey, i think the last 'batch' i bought were from John Davis (google him) based at Chilbolton nr. Stockbridge Hants. Previous to that Turners Retreat i think, but they cant be bought from several suppliers. Not cheap though..... i think this little 28mm one was around the £3.50 mark...
