    How do professinol cabinet makers cut mitres?

    As with most other pro makers, I use the ts with the blade tilted to the required angle - double checked with my WIXEY anglemaster :) if the pieces are small ie; under 75mm in width and less then 10mm thick, I rough cut on my ELU 274e scms and trim to the exact size with my Morso guillotine :)

    many options to this, but are all dependent on the size of your wallet :lol: 1. remove tin roof and repace with SIP panels 2. line i/s with "TYVEK" plastic sheeting with large overlaps and taped joints, then replace insulation under the tyvek. 3. put buckets in there to collect the water. hth k

    Standerd practise over here is to grind as close a profile to match and scrape away the paint with the assistence of a gas flame, or in certain cases where an open flame is prohibited, a chemical stripper. Hth, hs

Approached any ironmongers / hardware shop that had the run down look about it and asked for any csk steel/ brass screws. As another restorer / cabinet maker I needed to build up stocks before they disappeared...

    strangely enough, I have 1 to do tomorrow, the client wants all the machinery boxed in and door on the cabinets. Due to me using normal euro hinges i had to make the cabs 2cm wider - duh ! :oops: but I had the doors cut to size beforehand, so now I've got 4 under size doors in white melamine...

    you are quite right - radio no problems I should have made it clearer it was TV programs I wanted to watch :oops: so, back to my nub problem - how can one hide one's ip location to allow access to beebs iplayer and other simerler programs ? hs

    how do i go about using an IP address from another country so I can get access to Iplayer ? As I often miss programs from the Beeb or other UK broadcasters, I have tried to watch them using the approproate player - nah nah you have no access to this program due to your location is the error...
