    Hello Martin I was very fortunate to have mine given to me. Dom had his skeleton clock from Axminster. The clock face on mine has a hinged glass but I haven't seen any like this on the sites Pete has shown. Still got some left and am now doing one in mahogany for a neighbour. Alan.

    Dom asks Eventually with biscuits,I did try finger jointing but had too much tear out. Its just that I thought the carcass would be too narrow for it to look right 3 coats of danish oil. Thank again for your WIP pics, wouldn't been able to do it without them. Alan.

    Copper pipe cost/quality at screwfix

    Hello Alan, Never had any trouble with Wickes pipe. If you do use plastic make sure you support it as any sagging between supports after the heat has been in it will give you hellish air lock problems if you have to drain down and refill later on. Alan.
