Thanks Guys. I personally don't have any trouble with the dust but as mentioned the sensitivity can vary from person to person. You do want to be careful with Cocobolo, and many other woods. I always use a dust mask when working woods like Cocobolo that can sensitize a person. My dust... -

Thanks for the kind comment guys. It's a lacquer finish, the hinges are solid brass "pin hinges" from Lee Valley Tools, they are not expensive. Joe -
