Three of my grandchildren had an easter rabbit bought for Easter and required me to make them a hutch. They had searched the internet for one they liked. These were all over a £100.00
I found it difficult to compete. SWMBO did not want me to take on the task and insisted I use what I had in stock and could re-claim from what ever source.
I did my best but still spent £45.00 on floor boards, ironmongery and roofing felt including adhesive.
I know this much if I had purchased all the material this alone would have exceeded £100.00

How do these hutch manufactures do it?

Looks good though eh? :)

Not sure how they do a double hutch for the price you wrote would be the cost of your single maybe they get dibs on recycled timber and mill it in bulk? I'm not sure of material thickness in the commercial one either, your's looked more substantial than ones I've seen on the high street.

Yours looks alot better made than any shop bought one ! Plus yours is bespoke/one off, not another like it
