I have a Felder FB540 but its an old model from 1988.
The saw itself is great and works as it should but I'm trying to source a mitre gauge for it but the square mitre channel is 15mm x 4mm so a UJK or Incra gauge wont fit as they all use the standard 19mm x 10mm rail.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Accuracy is not really relevant for bandsaw use as unlike a table saw, the angle of the cut is dependent on blade drift rather than the setting of the mitre gauge.
I'd be looking for something secondhand on ebay especially as you are going to modify it straight away thus invalidating any warranty etc.

I recently bought a second hand trend gauge off ebay. Sold as second hand but still in the packaging. It has a none standard bar and I'm guessing the guy selling it didn't realise when he bought it. I then bought some aluminium bar off ebay the correct size for my channel (Kity). Old bar off, new bar drilled and one tapped hole. Put together works just as it should.
