Which Router?

My 1/2" router is a Hitachi M12V2 the beast of all routers :twisted: My 1/4" is a Trend T4 which is very lightweight.
I'm surprised to see the dissing of Dewalt, I haven't tried their routers but I have a Dewalt 10" table saw and biscuit jointer which I'm very happy with.

I don't think I was dissing Dewalt, I have the 625 and it performs very well. It is just that it feels like a carthorse compared to a filly. Though it is a good deal bigger of course

I also like the 625.

From my Trend T4, DW625, Makita RT0700CX3, B&Q branded, and my built in router table router, the 625 is the best for big jobs and the makita best for small jobs.

I also got a Festool 1010 off ebay which I have not tried yet - slope is very slippery indeed!
