Any pre-packed tool kits in my opinion are never going to be as good as a kit you've collected up yourself. First of all, you buy only the tools you need and second of all you can buy the best you can afford. A pre-packed tool kit is great as a starter kit and forms a good basis to buy more for.
I couldn't really recommend one for you. But have a look on Machine Mart, Screwfix and even Argos. You'll probably find some baragain tool kits around at the moment as they do make good xmas gifts. Maplins, Woolworths, Adsa, Tesco, Wilkinsons.
