Where to get hold of Maple throughout Plywood?

Hello does anyone have a supplier for maple throughout plywood (not maple veneered poplar)

I've been experimenting with best materials for my project and love the paleness of maple & it's great to work with. I prefer the visible stripes of plywood that are revealed when it's turned over the solid furniture board as the grain isn't very interesting...

The only place I've found to get Maple Ply is Winwood but they have an issue with their factory so looking for anywhere else I might be able to get hold of it?

Alternatively interested in Beech throughout plywood.
