Whats the verdict on these morticer chisels?

On offer at the moment from Rutlands, Dakota mortice bits and chisels.

Has anybody got this set? for £30 and half price it seems quite a good buy?

Tony - these chisel bits appear to be the Jap pattern which may be more suitable for softwoods, though I have no experience of this sort of bit - Rob

Tony,

Be aware if you go for clico bits the shank size is 13/16ths and if you have an import morticer yopu will be unlikely to have a bush that will accept this size. It is possible to get one made as that is what I had to do in the end.
My machinist is fully commited to building his drag bike at the moment so unable to help.

I have mentioned about bush sizes in another post, I find it bloody annoying way some manufactures restrict you to being only able to use cheap chisels.
