Saw a great bit of sign writing on a builders van a few months ago. The company was owned by a couple of blokes from India. The writing said "You've tried the cowboys, now try the Indians". Those incompetents who form small gangs of the inexpert, doing the various jobs by not doing them, are often named "cowboys". They are swarming about all over these days. No one prevents them. They're just copying Big Business really.
