been here a year and 1/2 and just found a baker that has a pizza style wood fired oven to cook their bread......very nice.....and very hot in the shop....
the fire is under the floor of the oven but it does have a big hole in the middle....
the oven and all the preperation is in full veiw.....plus wooden bread trays.....
made my day.....
