The site looks good, but your work is amazing.

With that in mind, when you click on a picture in the gallery and an expanded view pops up, the new larger image is in some cases a bit pixelated, causing a fuzzy/ blocky edge to the images, and if it could be even bigger that would be better, only to do the pieces justice, because they really deserve it!

Thanks for the comments Dean. I'll be sorting the about page out shortly but I was planning on reducing the amount. I tend to be put off when I see very wordy pages.

Regarding email contact I'm not sure what you mean about logging in as I thought if you click on the email Outlook just opens?

Cheers
Mark

Hi Mark, you can have less words but say more, reference to your cv page maybe? So many ways of doing anything like this but i think (and just my opinion thinking if i was looking and what i would want to see) maybe a summary at the top for folks that want to read a bit with a more in depth bit underneath, just felt as i read it it was not connected to the rest of your site as well as it could be, a few sentences like you can see from my CV how my work has evolved and progressed with some examples shown in the gallery... (only well written!) would tie in some of the other pages and cut out some of the content on that page at the same time. The CV page is a bit of a list as well, all be it a very impressive one, a quick paragraph intro and a pic of a piece somewhere would cheer it up for me!

Yes outlook just opens, and then asks me if i would like to reconfigure my emails, i don't thanks so never use that if i see it on a site, much more likely to fill in a quick contact us form but again that's me! That page is a bit light so room to move telephone and email to the right of studio and add a form underneath but again lots of ways to do it and with folks as strange as me in the world you'll never please us all!

Like i say all very good but i have to be honest, if i read your cv page only then yeah i'd send a email off when i had them open next and remembered, if i read your about me page only i wouldn't but might fill in a contact form quick, if i read an about me page that was as impressive as your cv page and i can send you a message quickly then you'd have much higher chance of getting some of my pounds!

Spent some time trying to get the alignments right. How does it look now to those sharp eyes of yours? :)

I've doubled the time on the gallery page - is that better or does it need more time?
Phone numbers sorted.

Cheers

Thanks for that input. Some of the image files are old and quite small which probably accounts for the pixilation. Your mentioning that has reminded me that I did a presentation to an arts group earlier this year and prepared some better images for that. I'll check those out and see if I can improve the picture quality
