Wax for bandsaw blades please?

Hi Folks
I remember a recent thread mentioning a wax for bandsaw blades/tables and can`t seem to find the product anywhere. I think it was a Liberon product but having no joy at the Axminster web site anyone remember which one it was please?.

Hi Steve
For tables I would recommend Liberon Lubricating Wax but I have not tried it on saw blades although I see no reason why it would not work and Axminster recommend it for both. It is also fantastic for keeping the rust at bay.

I bought wax for my scrollsaw blades from Olsen. Hubby uses it on the bandsaw and anything else he can think of. He really likes it

Thanks John and Sue for the info. Lubricating wax THATS what it was called I was trying lathe wax, machining wax etc doh!.
Not heard of the wax from Olsen Sue I`ll check it out.

I use just regular paste wax (Briwax) on my machine tables. Works great.
