Hi,
Could I pick your brains please.
I'm thinking of buying some wardrobes, just from B &Q, however I heard the fitting is quite expensive so I'm thinking about possibly having a go myself.
What I'm after is some advice on where to start as in marking out, where to start, leveling etc.
I think the set up will be basically what I have at the moment ( L shape) , working left to right, it's a double wardrobe, 2 x bridging units over the bed, corner unit, double wardrobe and finally an open shelving unit (hoping to replace with a single robe if possible)
Do you set the height to suit the height of the skirting at the base?
As you are probably already aware I haven't much of a clue, I'll be O.K. (I think) actually making the units up, it's just the planning, sequence of the work, marking out, wall and floor levels etc that I'm unsure of.
I would say my skill level is reasonable.
Any info/advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Lads
Phil
