The digital switch over happened in my area today.

Spent several hours tuning, retuning and checking settings to find, from the Digital UK website, that HD transmissions don't happen here until the 2nd switch over date 22 Feb! :evil:

I was trying to remember when they started persuading us to buy HD Ready TV's - many years ago now?
This is the 2nd HD Ready TV I have bought so it was a bit of a sales con all those years ago?

We've had Sky HD for several years...
...but not for much longer.

I.ve got a sony hd recorder on the bedroom tv. and it is very very complicated, and the help line, you need to be very competent with Asian accents.

I haven't managed two recordings yet, had another go this morning as a trial run, (there are around fifty buttons on the handset) thinking mornings are better for me these days, fell asleep last night on the job!
