Trying to find similar in the UK, but no joy...

You get the idea - the bag's open end is placed over the blue C channel, and the white bar is then forced down into it, hopefully making an air-tight seal. (If it works, a lot easier than the sticky mess that "reusable" sealants leave)
I've thought of plumbing pipes, conduit, even wall-board trim, but it's a case of "matching" the external diameter of the white against the internal of the blue!

Ideas and suggestions welcome, please!
 
The same thing is used on the resin for filling electrical cable joints, to keep the two parts separate until you want to mix them.
