Wait a minute, it states not to stop but to call 999 and report it straight away? It is an offence to use a mobile while driving! :shock:

Yeah i hope no one else gets caught out by this, concerning as apparently in one of the incidents they were armed.
It's not an offence to use a phone while driving if it is an actual emergency
