Hey all,

Seems like all the US youtube wood workers use pipe clamps that they say are cheap and great. But I can't seem to find them in the UK (without importing them), are they sold and im missing them? Or is there an equivalent alternative? The closest I can see are sash clamps, but I wouldn't say they are cheap.

Cheers

Sol
i can make them up using bspt threaded water pipe upto 10ft/2.4mt lengths with brand new clamp heads example clamps + 1.5mt pipe threaded 1 end for £50 a pair collection only from ne62 5nn

Interesting "thread".....
Just thinking about this and the issues with using the threaded coupler making a bump when making up longer sections of pipe.
For those who are suitably equipped with thread tapping equipment perhaps the bore of the pipes could be tapped to suit a section of threaded rod thus creating a flush joint
Cheers, Andy
