Tuff Saws rock!

• Ordered three different bandsaw blades via their web site this last Wednesday afternoon (they were on holiday Tuesday after the Bank Holiday).
• Despatch yesterday (Friday)
• Handed to me by the postman 1/2 hour ago (Saturday).

At some point between Wednesday and Friday somebody at Tuff Saws actually made them up "fresh" for me. I have to assume that being closed for the extra day meant they had a backlog to clear, too.

Ian at tuff saws really understands the benefits of customer service.
And in the long run, I bet it's cheaper and easier than having to advertise.
Why are there so few companies who realise this?

His blades are so good and so cheap there is no excuse not to replace blades more frequently (or so I keep telling myself every time my bs is transformed by replacing a worn blade).

I typoed the length, he spotted it was different from my previous order and queried before making them. Top notch service. =D>
