The equivalent of the triple holed boss can easily be replicated in a piece of Beech or similar, I used one such made on my grinding wheel setup for some years with no sign of wear.

The three holed piece more or less renders the Proset differing tool extensions in the profiling jig unnecessary as using the differing holes with a fixed extension (I use 50mm) gives the differing tool nose angles that I need.

Can't find the hole spacing I noted at the moment, will measure the next time I'm free from visitor escort duties.
 
I've just had a quick measure and the centres between the pivot and the first jig hole is around 30mm. The centre of the next hole is about 20mm further out and the last hole is about another 19mm. The holes are definitely not evenly spaced for some reason.
