Toppings......

Did a really nice Green Thai curry for T tonight and had various toppings on it, apple and cucumber, green pepper and spring onion as well as desecrated coconut, served with a naan bread, but I wonder what do others put on top of curries or serve with it (not forgetting to mention a cold beer or four)? - Rob

It's always fresh corriander for me and the peppers and cuccumber as a side dish, cuccumber is good for putting out the fire in your mouth, it works better than the beers but the combination is good

I do like a sag (spinach) rice and a garlic naan bread, or even better cheese and garlic naan, although its not very traditional.

The swmbo loves corriander. To me it tastes of soap .
