A bit late, but congratulations to the winners and everyone else who entered. There were a lot of good entries and I'm glad I wasn't the one who had to do the judging!

I really enjoyed the candlestick challenge as it's not something I've ever made (except for a spiral t-light one I've just remembered). I wasn't sure how mine would be received as it's certainly not a regular candlestick shape and could well be a bud vase.
I didn't particularly enjoy all the sanding involved but I'm tempted to try the design on a large hollow form...

Yours is about my favorite Duncan. A really nice shape and very elegant and I love the attention to detail especially the underside. I agree that the shape would well be suited to a bud vase as well!
