I found this:

"One thing I do love to do is take the plane of choice, really spend time sharpening the edge, and then edge joint or surface plane the wood I am working on to the nearest I could ever get to perfection."

I somehow can't imagine anyone writing in such glowing terms about a power tool.

One thing I do love to do is take the router of choice, really spend time sharpening the cutter, and then shape the wood I am working on to the nearest I could ever get to perfection.

There, fixed that for you ;-)

BB you are right but I also love technical wood machining and spindle work closely followed by book matching veneers or a sun burst table top. To be fare I just love working wood :)
