Are you turning into a robot Derek, having a job keeping up with your posts of completed items, can't envision where you find the time to create them.

Really like that piece, brings back memories from somewhere in the past, was it George (Cornucopia)?

I have only done 7 this month most of them decorated pieces which can take up to 4 days to complete if everything goes OK. I need these as I will be giving a talk to the woodturning club about decorating.
Can't remember George doing one like this. Will have to go through his site and have a look

I know nothing whatever about turning, and (sorry in advance for the sacriledge) I find some of the stuff I see a bit bland - dare I say boring even.

But that (is it a vase?) really does look great in my eyes - nice clean lines, lovely shape, and for me, the decoration is an absolute delight. Superb, you have every right to be proud. Thanks for posting Derek =D>

Thank you Stewart and AES

It is a hollow form AES. Some woods as you may know are a bit bland so I use those to be decorated If the wood has plenty of character then I try to keep those smple
