Table / cabinet saw?

I have been looking at getting a table or cabinet saw.

Record power have the TS250C-PK/A on offer at the moment and would like to know anyone's experience with this one, or any alternatives that you would recommend.

I have been using a startrite 352 bandsaw and would like the convenience of a table or cabinet saw.
