Not in my experience, the roller balls get clogged with muck very easily indeed.

Presumably the fact the catcher is sitting on a roller stand is irrelevant as all it is doing is holding the catcher, so if the OP has yet to buy a roller stand money could be saved by building such a device based on a simple A-Frame design, as long as it allowed the catcher to pivot down to pick up drooping boards. Does that make sense?

For a fixed-height machine like a BS, yes, no good for a PT of course.

Yeah, well I've got something similar but they're a bit noisy at times aren't they! :roll: oh, and a bit like some shopping trolleys they have a mind of their own. :lol:
