SU 6 PRO Upgrade Problem

Hi All,
Just Dl'd the upgrade and cannot install it as I get a 'encountered problem' dialog and abort. Tried both saving the upgrad to disc and also running it from their site, still no go.
I am a paid registered owner of v5 Pro before Google bought SU.
Any Thoughts please?
