Hi, for sale Startrite Bandit 12S1 bandsaw. Has some issue that I do not have time to figure out. What happens is it burns the fuse in 13amp plug when starting. Could be something simple, or perhaps not.
Someone with more time and interest probably will figure this out.
I am also planing to upgrade to something more powerful and capable so this is occupying otherwise precious space right now.
Other than that, it’s a good saw, quite capable for its size and power. I have installed a fence on it which works well. The saw comes with 2 x Tuffsaw(1 resaw and 1 curves) and 7x Starrett Super Flexback blades.
The saw legs are available and will be included, the cabinet it’s currently on won’t be.
