I brought a set over a year ago and at the time I thought they were great, you can get a razor sharp edge on them
Forward a year and during that time I started buying 2nd hand Marple chisels of ebay. I found them to be better than the sweethearts as they held an edge for longer. So I ended up not using the sweethearts.
It’s also worth looking at Ashley Isles Chisels, they get great reviews
I used one of their planes at work (No.4) making various things from scrap wood (pallets mostly) and it works well, thought I wouldn’t want to swap it for my record when it comes to finer stuff.
