Hi All
So after looking at Pete's (Bodrighy) calabash I though I'd give it a go in spalted Sycamore. Sadly as I was truing the out side up and start to shape it I spotted I small crack inside the wood. So putting plan B into action I started to take away wood in the area of the crack hoping to turn it out and ended up with this.
It stands 2 1/2 inch high by 5 inch wide with the inner bowl 2 1/2 inch wide.
Finished with Bee's / Carnauba wax.
