This is the bathroom refurb I resently finished, and would like to share the before and after pics.

Here are some pictures as it was looking before

And here are the after (I hope the difference is noticable :D

The bathroom I took out was about 5 years old ,but like with all these new houses they build, not up to standard (that is up to my standard) so this was the last bathroom/toilet on the list to be ripped out and replaced with something more descent and in keeping with the style of the house

I liked the one you posted last December and I like these pics too. Very impressive. You must be multi- and highly skilled!

Particularly interesting for me because I've having a full bathroom refurb carried out right now by professionals. The way they rip out the dry linings is a bit painful to watch but I'd be more confident about doing it myself if there's a next time. But I have to admit that modern plumbing has got so sophisticated I'd be reluctant to tackle that aspect myself. I'm only at the "installing a garden tap" level.

You've saved yourself a pile of money too because labour makes up about 65% of the total cost of my bathroom refurb.

Regards.

Plumbing used to be a danting excercise, i agree

But now with everything being speedfit and people at the plumbworld counter not being more knowledged then myself gives me confidence

I go with the idea, just do it, and out of the way is out of the way. take things at small steps, think four steps ahead and you will be fine.

I can also post the progress pics so you see what has to be done underneath all what you can see :?

Lovely job :D

Yes,the difference is most definitely noticeable - the original is somewhat bland;the MKII version is a better layout and looks much more appealing.
