My trusty old 2B is not much longer for this world, my stalwart of rough marking up is nearing its end. I'm not too upset though, I don't mind replacing something when it's utterly worn out and used up and it must be a sign that I'm being busy in the shop - either that or I like to draw on stuff with a 2B...........

So long old friend

:D

You don't share my problem then - leaving longer pencils in your back pocket and forgetting to take them out before you sit down at the end of the day - SNAP! :)

My challenge is to see how short I can get it whislt still being useable. Never been one for biting pencils, certainly not since I found myself chewing on one that I realised had teeth marks in it that weren't my own

Dang! Could it have been a Beaver then??

No, a pencil.

Why would you want to chew on a beaver?

I have one of those drawing office compass adaptor doobries that are like tiny pin chucks for holding a 5mm bit of pencil lead.....

Got one of them too, bought a Rotring compass when I realised that my cheapo compass was crap. Two things sprung to mind, one what the hell were all these add ons? two, why didn't it have a locking function to keep the radius set :x
