Yesterday i started work on some posts.

They're 6 inch square sapele so thought I use a flush trim bit to do the large scallops.

Alot of time messing around, only to find I was smashing the timber left right and centre and still had a large piece that needed to be removed from the middle.
Cut my losses and started again. (Probably 4 hours wasted !)
Glued up some replacements ready to redo today.
I bought an 6mm blade from Ian before thinking it'd be useful for smaller/thinner stuff
