Got a show coming up locally, plough and parade. Locally enthusiast breed Shires, amongst others, but like the argument about dogs this is getting out of hand.

I like horse
I find they are a little more gamey tasting than beef.

About the only thing the french do that I approve of.

Well the spanish must be very fond of eating ferrets in virtually every town you see shops advertising ferrets.
 
I've had cheval over here many times, grilled like steak it can be very nice.
I think it is a shame that it is not widely available in the UK.
