This one is an 'uplighter/pot pouri' there is a light in the bottom .... or at least a space for one! I bought a couple of cheap as chips ones and they don't work!!

Very nice Mrs S.
I like the first piece best.
Not really a fan of painted pieces but there is enough wood showing on these pieces for me to like.
Is the first piece painted using a stencil or is it all your own art work:?:

This was just an experiment. I do only green wood now, so, now and then I get inside and end up with a piece that is a bit bland so look for ways to liven it up a bit.

The lavender pot was done free hand and I do quite like the one. the roses one is over the top but I went for 'bold'! and not remembering to to resize the photos didn't help!! they were a bit 'in you face'!

Can't find a way to edit them now, so will start a new thread.

I agree - the lavender one is nice;a case of highlighting rather than overpowering.
Also not a great fan of painted pieces, but that one works well :D
