Sharpening 1/8" cutter - how?

No it[bronze/copper colour]'s original. I read about it somewhere (net I guess), perhaps it was a special edition chisel or something, but I can't find the reference.

Are you thinking of non-sparking tools?

AFAIR it was a range of chisels with bronze finish for no particular reason.
What are non-sparking tools?
