segmented vase

well finally got around to trying to post a pic.

this is my first go at a segmented turning, and i am very pleased with it

What size is it ? (Difficult to tell from the picture)
And what finish did you use ?

finished it with sanding sealer and a coat of bri-wax its about 9 inches tall and about 5-6 inches in daimeter.

And so you should be, You've far more patience than I've got and achieved good close joints between the segments.

chas have a go. im not a patient person but managed to do it. used a chop saw and then just glued them together, faced one side off and just keep glueing he rings together. have a good look at that site really is very good
