Seal help.

I've been looking on the net for some sort of weather seal, that I can use for a job I'm starting. Its to stop the rain penetration through any small gaps, the job itself is for the front of a boat.

The only thing I can find that will do the job is on the APTC site below,

Does anyone have anymore suggestions of seals to use?

I haven't used them but Trend do a range of weatherseals and cutters.

One of the best known seals is Aquamac, manufactured by Schlegel who do a huge range of seals. The seal you show is Aquamac 63 for windows , whilst for doors the most common pattern is Aquamac 21. Try IronMongery Direct for large or small quantities

I once rang schlegel uk on 0146 815500 for info and they sent a sample of the aquamac seal i needed ,yards of it . It did the job for free. www.schlegel.co.uk

Waka,
any upvc window and door manufacturer near you should be able to supply waterproof seals. :wink:
