Schraeder valve thread

Bizarre questions, but does anyone know
(a) what is the thread on the outside of a Schraeder tyre valve?
(b) is it possible to buy a tap that will cut that thread and if so, where?

I'm interested because I think some discarded Schraeder valve bodies would save me a lot of effort on a job I'm planning.

* Imperial: 0.305 in OD, thread root diameter 0.271 in x 32 tpi (threads per inch)
