Surprised no one as mentioned 3m repositionable 75 spray yet. It’s ideal- the sheets stick well enough to sand with and can then be peeled off easily and swapped to the next grit. Makes it as easy as Velcro but doesn’t introduce the sponginess to the backing, and means you can use any abrasive you want.
Sanding discs on the lathe, do you glue them on or use something like velcro?
