hey, have just joined up and wanted to know if anyone knows anything about the ryobi ets1525sc table saw. bear with me, am new to forums, good with a chisel though!

Welcome neil,
I don't know this saw but there are some comments and references to it on this forum
Use the search button at the top and put in the part number. Seems the SC is quite different to the Non SC models.

I bought one of these a few months back, once I got it set up it's been fine for me but I'm a beginner compared to others here.
Initially I did have some problems, the extending wing on the right didn't line up with the main table and resulted in a wonky fence if I tried to use it across the joint. The solution was to shim behind the fence runners on the main table to bring it out an into line, pennies seem to be the right size. The table insert was also rather low and needed shimming up too.
The riving knife was also a right faff to get on too,
