Schoolboy mistakes, unbelievable. They should be ashamed of themselves and deserve the wooden spoon.

YES! YES! YES! :) :) :) :)

Finally.
=D> =D> =D> Typical though - it was a toss up between the w'shop or the rugby, and after some weeks workshopless, well no contest... So that has to go and happen and I miss it. ](*,)

Cheers, Alf

Who's given up on England already - Ireland are going to cream them.

Well if the third match today is as lopsided as the first two I think I will call for a replay of the day and spend the afternoon in the shed instead.

I don't particularly care who wins a match, (having welsh-scottish-english and half of europe blood in the genes) but schoolboy errors and tactics from this level of game is not enjoyable.

Best thing so far today has been the morning spent pruning out the soft fruit gage for this years crop.

All right, Noel, don't rub it in. ](*,) Lessee, that's both the English and Scottish ancestry pained. No claims to either Ireland or Italy. On the other hand no claims to Wales or France either, so no worries about this evening. Phew. Sheesh, I miss the old days with Will's lads walking off with the Grand Slam every season... :(

Cheers, Alf

Now there's a gloat!!! :)

Years ago I worked for the Sunday Times as a courier, and used to go to all the Twickenham matches. The atmosphere was amazing then, but I bet it wasn't a patch on yesterday. You could see from the look on the faces of the Ireland players before the match just how much it meant. To not only beat England, but to completely humiliate us, must have been truly out of this world.
Well done to Ireland, a thoroughly deserved victory. The only possible good thing to come out of it for England, is that it might just give them the shake up they need! The last World cup seems a very long time ago......

Enjoy the celebrations!

Dave
