Hello folks,

Have not got time to search through forum, as my internet connection keeps dropping :(

Could someone point me to a review of routers cutter brands or give me a quick low down.

have been looking at CMT, Perfom, and the blue cutters at rutlands, cannot remember the name, oh & some dewalts on e-bay

I'll second that.I use a lot of worktop cutters and decided to give them a try. When i rang them and asked if their cutters were as good quality as the Trend i'd previously used,he gave a little laugh and said yes,we make theirs for them.

This is the best review of router cutters I've seen- but unfortunately US-centric - still may be a useful read if you have a subscription.
I'd concur with the comments on Wealden though. Also Perform are pretty good and can be cheaper.
Cheers
Gidon
[Edit - no that's not the review I meant - there was an earlier FWW (#137 referenced in above article) review of straight cutters but can't find it at the moment.)

Not that I'm bothered who advocates what, but I was censored for advising another member to try Bedford saws?

Regards, Rich.

Really? How can you have a buying advice/tool review section without naming names? Sounds strange to me,then i'm new around here.

We do have a thread where everyone can post what they use and how they like them, look here
