Hi
Has anyone made their extractor remote switch turn-on?

I have a couple of remote control plugs, but the extractor has the hard push switches so have to push each time. Is there a quick fix? Hopefully something obvious I have missed.

Thanks in advance

You could relocated the no-volt switch to a box on the cable, you would then need to work out the wiring at the unit itself and bypass where the switch used to be.

Be careful with the power rating of your remote switches, motors use alot of current starting up.

It might not be a quick fix but I liked John McGrath's approach shown in his wireless dust extraction control from multiple switches video.
