Record Power Sabre 250 Bandsaw

Excuse the pun but I'm looking for some guidance.

I picked up a sabre 250 not so long ago. The upper guide bearings are way out on the righthand side. Fully pressed in they are still 5mm or so from the blade. When in the highest position they are closer but I still can't meet the blade on this side. Seems the vertical alignment is out.

Anyone know how to adjust this please? I mainly use it for cutting bowl blanks so it's not too much of an issue but I have some planks I want to rip so want it running as straight as possible soon

Also, the tension gauge seems nonsense so I'm just ignoring it. For the thickness of the blade I'm using its loose at the suggested tension. Is that adjustable too or just continue to ignore it?

And lastly, anyone find a work around to sort the rubbish dust extraction?? I have a camvac attached but the lower port is useless and the cabinet just fills up with shavings (I do cut greenwood though).

My sabre 250 dont have a yellow coloured blade guard ! You sure that's a 250 ?

You're right. It's a 350. Are the guide rails similar to the 250?
