and changing wives tends to very expensive for us non-gender fluid males.It was our 40th Aniversary, so combined new ring with pesent, I also had it engraved with a message which added to the cost. I looked at it as a one off, I won't make it to an 80 year aniversay! It did score me an awful lot of brownie points. But like wooden things if you want a one-off item, labour and skills are not cheap.
But agreed tho' that you could get and awful lot of tools and sharpening kit for that money!
